Calling all Bay Area Homebrewers (especially those from South Bay!)

Taplands is hosting a homebrew competition. We’re calling it Winter Wort Wrangle. Because it’s fall, we’re making it a dark beer only competition so focusing on porters and stouts.. Winner will have their recipe brewed on the Taplands system and put into our tap rotation and of course, give you unlimited amount of bragging rights. Lots and lots a bragging rights and promotion.

RULES

Beer Style: Dark beers only (Porters and Stout)

Entry Fee: $0

Number of Bottles Required: 2

Information Needed with Submission: Beer Name, Beer Style, ABV, Contact Info (so we can communicate with you).

DATES AND DEADLINES

Announce Competition: October 14 (Anniversary of the legalization of homebrewing)

Entry Deadline: Sunday, December 6 (no later than 5pm)

Submission Location: Taplands, 1171 Homestead Rd., Ste. 110 Santa Clara, CA (please do NOT drop off on Monday because we are closed)

Judging: December 7-11 (judges are Taplands staff and management)

Winner Announced: Saturday, December 12th
